Shipping policy

Delivery

We offer complimentary UK delivery on all UK mainland orders over £50. All other orders will be charged for delivery. All orders received by 4pm will be shipped out the next working day. Items from the same order may be combined into a single package but may also be delivered separately - this will depend on size and weight limits. Unfortunately we are unable to combine postage for orders that have already been paid. Rustic Pillar Candles and any customised or personalised products are made to order and will take 3-5 days to produce before being dispatched.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged we will either replace your order or refund the cost of your order. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please quote your order number when contacting us. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
